New Urban Neighborhoods.

Harvard Communities has sold out and completed all of our current homes and neighborhoods in Stapleton, Lowry and Belmar. We are currently in the final planning stages of our newest neighborhood, ParkSide at RidgeGate.



ParkSide at RideGate will be a collection of 31 single family detached homes in a charming and intimate neighborhood in the heart of the dynamic RidgeGate master planned community located in the City of Lone Tree, at the intersection of I-25 and Lincoln. (Next to SkyRidge Medical Center.)
