Harvard Communities is passionate about building homes and has been satisfying Denver area homebuyers since 1992. Our success formula includes years of award-wining customer satisfaction and the combination of cutting edge architectural design with unmatched energy efficiency and green building principles. We like to call it "the confluence of style and substance."
Our innovative and inspired designs satisfy the “creative” right side of your brain, while we put the “practical” left side at ease by building ultra energy-efficient homes that cut the costs of your utility bills. We think that’s the definition of having it all!
Our homes are designed to fit the needs and desires of our customers. The right home in the right location. But they are also homes that express who you are and how you want to live. An expression of your personal style as well as your personal values.
Our High-Performance Homes Incorporate "State-of-the-Art" Green Features:
Designing and building energy efficient homes is our passion. Our High-Performance Homes also provide healthier indoor air quality and enhanced comfort as well.
Harvard is just one of a small handful of builders nationwide offering Solar Electric Systems (on our Architect Collection Homes) as a standard feature.
These homes have enhanced energy saving and energy generating systems and features. The results are homes which have utility bills of just a few hundred dollars per year!

Harvard Communities has sold out and completed all of our current homes and neighborhoods in Stapleton, Lowry and Belmar.
We are currently in the final planning stages of our newest neighborhood, ParkSide at RidgeGate.
ParkSide is conveniently located in the dynamic, mixed-use community of RidgeGate, in Lone Tree. RidgeGate is located at the intersection of I-25 and
Lincoln, and is home to SkyRidge Medical Center, Lone Tree Performing Arts Center, Lone Tree Recreation Center, as well as many shops and
restaurants at Lincoln Commons. RidgeGate includes miles of hiking and walking trails for families to enjoy and is one of one of the most sought
after locations in south metro Denver.
The homes at ParkSide range from 2,400 to 2,900 square feet and are priced from the low to mid $400,000's. Home plans include two, two-story plans,
with 3-4 bedrooms, and one main floor master. They feature open and airy floor plans, dramatic kitchens, 2 1/2 to 3 car garages and numerous outdoor living spaces,
including covered rear patios/decks and enclosed front courtyards.
ParkSide is the first neighborhood in Colorado to feature solar electricity on every home as a standard feature. Each home
will have a 3 kilowatt, roof-mounted solar electric system, and will also meet the requirements of the new, rigorous Energy Star Version 3.0.
With ultra energy efficient design and construction, and with solar electricity, these homes will save homeowners a significant amount of money every month on
their utility bills.

ParkSide is a joint-venture between Harvard Communities and Berkeley Homes.
